OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Outreach
I. Purpose:
The 10-hour program is intended to provide instruction on a variety of general industry safety and health standards to entry-level participants. The class is designed to be presented to workers, therefore they emphasize hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention. Participants receive an OSHA 10-hour General Industry course completion card from the National Safety Education Center.

II. Course Outline:
a) Introduction to OSHA; OSH Act; General Duty Clause; Inspections, Citations, & Penalties
b) Walking and Working Surfaces
c) Means of Egress and Fire Protection
d) Electrical
e) Hazardous Materials
f) Personal Protective Equipment
g) Machine Guarding
h) Hazard Communication
i) Bloodborne Pathogens
j) Safety and Health Programs
k) Other general industry standards and policies may be included.

OSHA 30-HOUR GENERAL INDUSTRY

This two or four day OSHA OutReach approved training will cover the majority of all your compliance needs. Classes can be performed on or off your production site. Each participant will receive an OSHA OutReach approved training card. There is a minimum requirement of 5 participants per class.
